Subscriptions

In order for you to manage subscriptions and general orders you will need to create account by clicking on the person icon/image on top right of our webpage. Once logged in you you can click on Manage Subscriptions and do the following.

Reschedule the subscription order date
Change delivery address
Cancel my subscriptions
Edit/swap products for an ongoing subscription

Shipping

Please note, that usually, order fulfilment time takes 2-5 business days before shipping. The collagen powder is the only product shipped from our USA depot all other products are shipped from UK
