Our Story — Why OmnyNom Exists

It started with a dog I never owned.

A few years ago I met a German Shepherd named Ommy. He was a true working dog — bred to guard livestock on a cattle and dairy farm. Not a pampered pet. A dog with a real purpose.

From the moment I arrived, he adopted me. Calm, focused, and always present. Wherever I walked, he walked beside me. Wherever I sat, he positioned himself close by. He didn't need fuss or attention — he just had this quiet, loyal presence that made you feel safe.

Every evening I would feed him. He was so disciplined he wouldn't touch his food until I gave the signal. Then he'd eat with this deep, contented little sound… almost like he was saying "ommynom."

That sound, and that dog, stayed with me long after I left.

Ommy showed me what real working dogs are made of — and how little proper nutritional support they usually get.

That's why I created OmnyNom.

Named after Ommy and inspired by that quiet little sound he made when he ate.

This brand exists for dogs like him — the working ones, the guard dogs, the protection dogs, the active breeds that give everything and ask for nothing in return.

We make premium joint and mobility supplements in the UK, specifically formulated for dogs that live demanding, high-performance lives.
