REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days to cancel your order from the date of delivery.

Hygiene Exemption We cannot accept returns of supplement products where the sealed packaging has been opened, in accordance with Regulation 28(1)(b) — health protection and hygiene exemption.

Unopened Products Contact sales@ommynom.com within 14 days. Items must be returned in original sealed packaging. Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Refunds processed within 14 days of receipt.

Faulty Items Contact us within 30 days. We will cover return postage and offer a full refund or replacement.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
